Important Information 

Due to the ongoing Covid crisis and recent increase in confirmed cases in the area it is necessary for us once again to review how we manage patient care. We are facing a large increase in request for telephone advice and appointments, we need to ensure that potentially urgent cases are dealt with promptly; as a result of this we have reassessed our appointment system.

From Monday 5^th October 2020 in order for calls to be prioritised appropriately you will be required to provide information regarding your medical need. Our reception team might ask you to complete an E consultation which will give more information to the clinical team. The Doctors and Nurses at the practice will deal with all requests and may respond by calling you back, sending you information by text message, arranging a video or face to face appointment.

Patients are advised that non urgent requests may not be dealt with on the same day that they are received by the practice.
