Halton Sexual Health Service
GP Practices are important to our community and many people cherish the relationship they have with their GP Practice. As Practices, we recognise that we need to adapt to preserve this important relationship at a time when demand for our services is increasing.
In Runcorn, the R-Health project has been set up to achieve this.
The R-Health project involves all six GP Practices working together learning from one another, sharing expertise & experiences and exploring new ways of delivering GP services in Runcorn.
We also want to work with our residents. The feedback we gather from our patients is extremely important to us. We know there are opportunities to do things better and we want local people to be involved in helping us shape services. The purpose of this survey is to start to collect views, experiences and ideas from local people.
One of the key areas we want to look at is how people make an appointment with their GP Practice. To complete the survey, please click on the following link:
The survey should take no longer than 5 - 10 minutes to complete and we would be extremely grateful if you were able to do this.

Please be aware when using patient on-line services the Practice has deactivated the messaging service. If you need to speak to a member of the team please contact the Practice by telephone.
You can request your REPEAT medication online, however if the item is not listed please request this medication in the usually way in Reception, fax or email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Halton Falls Intervention Service
Is nurse led, multi-disciplinary service for the older person who has fallen. The service aims to prevent/reduce fall and injuries in the older person through assessment and interventions. It is a community based team, individuals are assessed in their own homes and care home settings.

Do you Suffer with Joint Pain
Did you know that patients who are suffering with back, joint or muscle pain can self-refer without seeing a GP to the Musculoskeletal Clinical Assessment Service (commonly known as CATS service), patients can do this by calling 0151 495 5472. Please ask a member of our reception team for a leaflet which will provide you with further information.
