Patient On-Line Access
In line with our PMS contractual agreement, from 1st April 15 patients will be able to register for "Patient On-Line Services"
Patients who register will be able to do the following on-line:
> book appointments
> view a list of their regular medication (repeat medication)
> order prescriptions
> view a list of allergies/adverse reactions that we have recorded on our clinical system
> View laboratory results
> View information from consultations (coded information only)
If you would like to register for on-line access then please ask a member of our admin team who will provide you with the registration form. As part of the registration process patients will be asked by a member of our staff to verify their identification.
Please note your registration may take up to 28 days to process.
