Our practice nurses run the travel health clinic service at the practice and provides advice about the immunisations required, in addition to general travel advice. Please complete the travel risk assessment form below and make an appointment at least 3 months prior to the planned departure date.

Yellow fever vaccine is also available for both registered and unregistered patients.
As the administration of travel vaccinations is not part of our NHS contract, there will be a fee charged for this service, as this is classed as non-NHS work for our GP's. The BMA suggests fees that GP's may charge patients, however these suggested fees are for guidance only.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
